Goals

I believe we all have the potential for happy, healthy emotional lives. When we focus our thoughts and our energy on improving ourselves great things can and will happen!

Sometimes there are things, situations, or thoughts that get in the way of our self-betterment. Working with a professional therapist can help you get through those times. Nobody enjoys feeling overly anxious, depressed or confused about their present or future selves. Life is a journey, a process in which there can be numerous obstacles as well as many successes.

One of the goals of therapy is to gain clarity in obtaining fulfillment of your life goals. This includes defining your direction and determining how to achieve what you want.

Fees

Individual, Family, Couples Counseling: $85 per 50 minute session

Group counseling: $20 per 90 minute session

  • If the regular fees present a financial hardship, I do work with clients on a sliding scale.

  • Medicaid is accepted as payment.

If insurance covers mental health counseling, payment is accepted at the time of service, and the client is responsible for submitting a receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement.
