Teresa is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified secondary school counselor. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Association for Play Therapy. Teresa specializes in working with adolescents and adults. She is trained in Play Therapy techniques with small children as well. Teresa utilizes expressive arts and sand tray techniques to assist the client in their exploration.
Teresa has facilitated child parent relationship training (CPRT) groups in addition to adolescent groups with themes of diversity, self-esteem, fitting in, communicating and identity. She has experience working with teens from diverse cultures, teen parenting, coping with divorce, and legal issues.

Individual and Couples Counseling:
$65 per 50 minute session
Group counseling: $20 per 90 minute session
