INTERN COUNSELOR

Alexis Johnson is a counseling intern working toward a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri State University, graduating in August 2026. She is under the supervision of Brian C. Vega, LPC, NCC and Professional School Counselor.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing grows through connection and belonging. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, curious, and collaborative. While my foundation is in person-centered therapy, I value the intricate weaving of methods to honor each person's needs and natural pacing. Whether you are processing trauma, navigating a life transition or struggling with mental health symptoms, it would be a privilege to explore these experiences with you to foster greater understanding and authentic expression.

$50,001 - $100,000 = $30 per session
