Goals

My goals are to always provide a place of acceptance and safety. I work to empower others to feel a sense of belonging and explore their potential. We are all two sides of the same coin; both strong and vulnerable, confident and insecure, emotional and logical. None of these are more important or valuable than the other, but all are intricate pieces that make up the human experience deserving of a voice and validation.

Education & Experiences

I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) working under the supervision of Brian Vega, LPC. I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling in 2021 from Missouri State University and bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication from Missouri State University in 2018. I have experience working with individuals and couples from an eclectic modality, meeting those in need where they are.
I have worked in private practice, in-home, and clinic settings addressing mental health concerns, including: borderline personality disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma.

$85 per 50-minute session

Couples counseling

$95 per 50-minute session

Payment is accepted at the time of service.

A sliding scale fee is available to those experiencing financial hardship. I am also happy to be a referral resource if you are needing less expensive alternatives.
