I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Missouri State graduate. I have been working with clients since 2009. I work with individual adults utilizing talk therapy and incorporating EMDR when appropriate.
Goals
My goal is to create and hold space for my clients. Sometimes you need space that is only for you — space for your feelings to be big, raw, and unedited while you sort through them without judgement from yourself or anyone else. Counseling can create a safe space to be your authentic messy self as you sort things out. Issues commonly addressed include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ issues, religious abuse, life transitions, relationship issues, and a need for personal growth.
