Life is a story—author yours.
For the past 20 years, I have worked across almost every aspect of behavioral health— from inpatient to outpatient care, serving adolescents to late adults, and everything in between. Too often, we find ourselves living someone else’s version of our life—whether it’s unprocessed trauma, misalignment with our values, or simply not knowing where we want to go or how to get there.
I work with individuals and couples in various adult life stages, with the goal of understanding your unique story, exploring who has been writing it, and collaborating to help you craft the narrative you truly want.
Together, we can uncover your authentic voice and empower you to become the author of your own life.
