When asked why I chose to become a therapist, I often find that simple answers do not fully capture my motivation. While I am deeply committed to helping others and providing a supportive, listening presence, my purpose is rooted in something deeper—the opportunity to guide individuals toward becoming their most authentic and fulfilled selves. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to grow, heal, and lead a meaningful life.

I provide comprehensive, evidence-based therapy services across the lifespan, with experience supporting individuals facing autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, life transitions such as divorce and parenting challenges, LGBTQIA+ concerns, foster care experiences, and perinatal mental health issues, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustment.

My approach is individualized and collaborative, focusing on each client’s unique needs and strengths. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and move toward lasting well-being.
