Taylor Duke

MS, PLPC, EMDR Trained

Taylor Duke is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) under the supervision of Les Brown, LPC. Taylor earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with a Certificate in Play Therapy, from Missouri State University in July 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminology.
Taylor works with clients of all ages, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity development, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She provides inclusive, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

My Approach

I believe healing starts with a safe, trusting relationship where you have autonomy in your therapeutic journey. Using a person-centered, integrative approach, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I often incorporate evidence-based practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients process traumatic experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing.
